Telkom impossible to cancel a service

I am trying to cancel my service and it is impossible to do so. All telkom staff say to call the number 081 180, and there is no cancellation option. All cancellation attempts through the website lead you to a page which says you need to call the number. They cannot perform cancellations in store. Telkom deliberately makes it impossible to cancel a service. Pathetic service and I will NEVER use this ******* company again.
