Telkom impossible to cancel

It is impossible to cancel your service from Telkom. I sent my cancellation form through 16 April 2018 to cancel my service on the 30July 2018 ********** and followed up with many phone calls and still I am getting billed. Billed for August, September and October... The operator always confirm that they have received the letter but no one is canceling the service.
