Telkom Immune To Complaints

I had launched claim for my ****** phone with Telkom of which they use Finrite and Telkom said that it should take less than a period of three days for them to sent the usage report to Finrite. The frustration of this compliant comes at the fact that its been days now that i have been sitting without a handset and as per usual Telkom is taking their time to deliver mean while come month end i have ti pay for costs that i have never used during this month. Because of the fact that im still sitting with no handset as of yet. Thanks Telkom once again for being a successful failure in conducting business.
