Telkom Imbeciles

2 Issues. 1st my daughter bought a router, got connected and the router does not give a strong enough speed. This could cause her to loose her job, and Telkom Clearwater have a no care attitude.

2nd, my sister went over from LTE to Fibre and as per her contract pays her installment in time each month. Since Oct 2019 on a few occasions my sister's internets been cut immediately of Eskoms lovely loadshedding. Telkoms call center tells my sister she is in arrears. The issue gets resolved. The internet gets reconnected and the next time loadshedding happens, she is back to square one. So on behalf of my daughter and sister, Telkom has NO Idea what's going on. Imbeciles!
