Telkom im really mad at you

On Thursday 09 April 2020 i bought myself a 1GIG data from telkoms mo'nice now i start to dowload a game i really want (00:31) more or less that was the time... the game is really big about 576megabites on 88% telkom starts to loose network continuesly witch cost my download to to stop and i lost the data i used.... and i know they will refuse to re imburse me my data this is actually the 3rd time this is happening.... i have about 5 telkom simcards being used in house on would think that telkom would treat me better than this i mean really i was planning even to put in a internet line but this makes me wonder seriously.... i buy alot of airtime i expected more im really upset and angry about this
