Telkom *******ly dropped my ADSL line speed!

<p>I cannot believe it! This is a new low. </p> <p> </p> <p>After speeking with a service agent from Telkom, i learned that Telkom has *******ly dropped my line speed from 4mb/s to 2mb/s! </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been paying for a 4mb line!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>What is going on? Who do I contact for this ******* changes? Do I go to the newspapers or court? </p>
