Telkom *******ly debiting my bank account

I do not have a cellphone contract with telkom the one I had was cancelled in December 2016.

since then telkom has been billing me and debiting my account. Telkom sandton store where all was done has tried since December to get me sorted but last week the manager told me there is nothing more they can do as the head office is refusing to respond to their request that they stop billing me for a contract I dnt have.

i have tried everything calling the call centre and going to the store nothing has helped.

as I speak I have been listed as a defaulters for telkom. Yesterday telkom debuts my bank account for R3940. This money was taken from my bank account for a contract I dnt have. What more can be done. They are *******. How will they clear my name?

Dear telkom social media Team and Brownyn,
Please be informed that the case has not been resolved and we are 1 month post the above case number and escalation.
This past Saturday I went to telkom rosebank mall store to report my wifi as not working and to apply for a telkom landline. To my dismay I was advised I owe telkom about 9400 as cancellation fees and my wifi was not working because the card was prepaid.
Imagine my shock and dismay. I am not sure where the confusion is and why it is so difficult to resolve this matter.
i took a cellphone contract on 5 December 2016 on 9 December 2016 I cancelled the contract within the allowed cooling off period in terms of the law.
From december telkom has been debiting my account for the canceled contract as a result I accumulated debt for I contract I dnt have. Thereafter telkom handed me over to debt colectors for the same debt.
i reported a complaint through hello peter and the next day I received a call from telkom. Apologizing about the error and advising me the reason my issue was not resolved was because the case logged was waiting in the wrong line. They are attending to it and the billing department will reconcile the account and if there is any refund due to me same will be paid. This is early last month May 2017 .Till today I have not received a call from telkom billing department instead in the system I am credited with a debt as of Saturday 3 June 2017 R9400. I promise you this debt keeps growing day by day I am billed for a cellphone I do not have or use that I cancelled in December 2016 .
how difficult can it be to deal with this simple case. My wifi service was disconnected I dnt know under whose authority as the rosebank store could not advise me how or what is happening.
what exactly is the problem? How am I accumulating debt for a contract I do not have? Why am I charged cancellation fees for a contract cancelled in terms of the law within the 7 days period!
What is going on? Where can I go for assistance as the store told me to go to the billing department. Why is the billing department continuing to bill me? Why is it charging me for cancellation? On what basis? Will I ever be helped?
I am starting to think there is malice in the way things are happening and the intention is to ruin my credit rating by falsely claiming I owe telkom. If anything telkom owes me for the money withdrawn from my account and the 500 I was made to pay at absa to deactivate my account.
who will be responsible for all these cost I am accumulating as a result of telkom a ******* action. Had I not gone to the telkom store to make enquaries I never would have known that I now owe telkom R9400 and I am charged a cancellation fee, so the law means nothing to telkom? What exactly is happening maybe the social media team can advise me of what is happening here.
