Telkom *******ly debited me for 11 months after I cancelled my contract

I had 3 contracts with Telkom. In December 2015 I went to Gateway in Durban to Cancel one of these contracts which I was paying R139, This was captured and I was informed that after 30 days this will be canceled. With Telkom, you can not really recharge when you run out of airtime and whenever I need more airtime I just increase my spend limit which then means I will pay more than the normal amount and I never noticed that I was also still paying for this and until I decided not to use my spend limit which then means for the two remaining contracts I should pay R650 only and this was R789 and then I went to check the statement and realised that I am actually still paying for this. This Monday I went to their store in Cityview to ask them to cancel this contract again, what irritated me the most is that after finishing filling the form, the late told me that they have the cancellation form I submitted last December, so I must contact their customer service department. Which I did on the very same Monday and I spoke to one useless Philisiwe and requested a manager and was given another one useless supervisor by the name Miriam Mupedi who told me that they indeed have my cancellation form but the person who captured this for me sent it to the wrong department hence it is just chilling there and no one cares. I am also a manager at a customer service department and whenever clients send documents to me which were not supposed to be sent to me I make it a point that I forward them to the right department because clients do not understand departments but they communicate with the company. This was not submitted by me but by one of their staff and it can not be my fault and up to now, I have lost R1529.

This is ******* of brobdingnagian proportions and I was not expecting this and I will definitely be changing this network. I want my money you ******. Contact me at ********** 894
