Telkom ******* Debit Orders!

Telkom *******ly and unknowingly took a debit order of our account for a new Telkom Mobile deal (need I say, to get hold of sales take a whole 10 seconds, if that, but for accounts/queries, a minimum of holding for 10 minutes) when this debit order was queried as we were billed again for the amount already deducted, we were told its a trial debit? What is that? It is ******* to take debit orders that are not authorised and now to get this money back, 14 days after the fact it still seems impossible. Called them this morning and I was told somebody would call, nobody did, I called again, then I have to hear, "that's just what sales do for credit or the credit department" 10 days after device delivery will this be refunded, where in this country is this legal? I ask to speak to a manager, oh no sorry you cant they are busy! Not even to mention the landline and adsl that was off due to Telkom's issues and we were supposed to get a refund for the 11 days it wasn't working, the invoice had no credits - also the first time I hear about 72 WORKING hours, so now the lead time for my query to be sorted is only on the 26th??? Take ******* money and earn ******* interest, past pathetic and I am beyond annoyed!
