Telkom ignoring reported faults

my telkom line has not been working since beginning of March and everytime I report it they tell me it has already been reported and give me the same ref no.***!!! If I go to the progress of fault report all it says is \open"???? Does Telkom still exist?? They have very fancy ways of reporting faults"
