Telkom ignoring me
I requested an upgrade of my 4mbps ADSL services to 10mbps a few weeks ago, after not getting any responses, I contacted telkom via twitter - they then informed me that my area doesn't support 10mbps.
After telling them that my router does in fact claim 10mbps is attainable on my exchange, they simply ignore me... Seriously telkom? You know, we know, we all know that your coverage maps are out of date.

30 Nov 2018, 08:16As of date the exchange was upgraded tot support VDSL up to 20mbps, confirmed by telkom technicians this week working in the area (confirmed by my router).
Yet telkom still claim only 4mbps is possible - they basically just go according to their coverage maps while ignoring their actual network.
