Telkom ignoring Hello Peter complaint

I logged a compaint on hello peter last week. Today I tried getting feedback on request nr SM184836. I have sent 2 mails and spoken to about 5 call center agents. All of them transferring me and then cutting the call. Please contact me asap!!!
