Telkom ignores requests

Telkom have 3 poles in my yard. One is collapsing to such an extent that it is pushing again my electric fence causing it damage. The pole is also a risk to the boundary wall. Despite contacting Telkom three times to have it fixed nothing has been done. As the pole is causing damage to my property and compromising my security. I have little choice to remove the pole should it not be fixed in the next fourteen days. Telkom I have tried the official process and you have ignored my requests. You leave me little other choice. You have been warned.
