Telkom ignores request for more than two months
<p>I signed up for a two year Telkom contract with an LTE router added. As part of the contract, Telkom is supposed to install an external antenna. They have never done so. The router I was given cuts out, and needs to be restarted frequently. I lodged a request on 18 November. Since then Telkom has never come back to me, except to say that the case is being "investigated". Heaven only knows what is being "investigated" becasue the request is very simple. Come out, test my router, and install my external antenna. </p>
Well, I lodged this complaint on hellopeter onm 25 January. It's now 30 January, and all have received so far are two generic assurances that my query is being attended to. Nothing has actually been done yet to resolve my query. When will this happen? The actual doing of something?

Another week has passed and I have still not heard anything from Telkom - apart from the two messages above that my "request is receiving attention".
