Telkom ignores me now for more than 5 weeks.

Hello. I've been with Telkom from November or December 2018. Moved from another ISP to Telkom and people said don't. I did not want to listen. I've been paying for a 10mb line now and only getting 0.89mb out of it. On a good day I can get 1.89mb. They just keep on ignoring me and no technician comes out to sort out any thing. Spoke to them 20 million times and even to a Peter at technical department but still nothing. I don'tknow what to do. I pay and pay and don'tget anything back.
