Telkom ignores cancellation and keep on billing

Logged in on telkom account and cancelled telkom landline, with all the services included on the line.

For the line to be cancelled they have to call you to confirm, but they do not call and keep billing for the account. Even if you call in, they say that they must call the person responsible for the line. You cannot call in.

Telkom keeps on billing.
