Telkom: Ignored when overcharged and hardly ever actually get my internet access which I am paying for

Constant overcharging on my uncapped line, whenever they call me back for my enquiry, they tell me they need to put me through to the correct department before cutting me off.

On top of it all, for the last 2 weeks they keep changing my 4mb line to a 1.5 setting, which either works extremely terribly, or gives me "jo internet access!"

Pathetic, I pay every no th and cannot even use. Y wifi
