Telkom IDIOTS

My line was cancelled in September. Telkom keep sending me new accounts and asking for payment. I show them that the line was cancelled and they ask for proof of payment. Ive told them a dozen times that the line was cancelled and they keep asking for proof of payment. Are Telkom staff trained to be idiots or are they idiots before they're hired?
