Telkom - I want to speak to a person

It is freeking impossible to get a person to speak to you. I do not want to speak to a bott. I WANT TO SPEAK TO A PERSON. Then they ask me for my service number which I provide but they keep on repeating options which is not related to my querie. How can I resolve money that is being deducted from my account which is not correct
