TELKOM - I WANT TO PAY YOU, HELP ME.

We recently got a fibre modem reinstalled in our flat. The fibre line was already there, we just needed the new modem to be installed. Web Africa is our service provider. Someone came and installed the modem. We were told Telkom would bill us. We have not been given an invoice and I have now tried calling Telkom 6 times - been put through to different departments and have been cut off twice. I JUST WANT AN INVOICE FOR THE SERVICE SO THAT WE CAN PAY.
