Telkom - I want to cancel my landline/ADSL line

How can one go about cancelling a Telkom landline/ADSL line and account??? The Telkom website has information that leads you nowhere (a website that doesn't work, and an email address that is undeliverable), and everyone seems to be complaining about this. This is ridiculous - it should be an easy thing to do! My cancellation request in March 2016 was never done... and it is nearly 3 years later! I don't even use that landline anymore! HELP!!!
