Telkom, I want out.

We app**** for a Telkom line specifically for internet only in 2013.
I paid the deposits & set-up fees & waited for months to finally be told there were no ports available for us.
During this time in \limbo"I was paying my subs thinking we'd have a line shortly.
After further contact I was then told the ports would be opened when the fibre optic cables were laid in the area and that I would be contacted when this was complete. This never happened.
Due to 10-15min waiting times on the Telkom helpline before speaking to an operator I opted rather to deal with the Telkom shop. They told me there were no ports available in my area and I would have to wait for the next upgrade.
If Telkom views my usage history they will see there has never been movement on our tel line as they have never finished their side of the agreement.
Services have never been rendered for my initial deposit"

I'm not certain if this is for the landline or for the LTE tarnsmitter I had as they never differentiate in their communications which really does create confusion. This however should be irrelavant since I formally cancelled both contracts at the beginning of this year. As a side note, I had to get the LTE transmitter because Telkom was unable to provide the landline internet service I had been paying for so on top of paying for a non service I had to additionally pay for another sub par product which worked out extremely expensive per megabyte.
