Telkom I want my phone back because Im paying for it every month

I took my phone for repairs in July 2020 paid the excesses fee went to Telkom in Centurion they said I should go to Forest Hill went to Forest Hill they said the phone was out on the 30th of September its with the courier they check, Telkom does not respond to my email any more.
