Telkom - I lost all faith.

I've put a comlaint in for Telkom a while back to which they rep**** they will get back to me. Still they didn't. I'm going to keep on reversing my debitorders cause they are taking off more than what they supposed to. I can't take this anymore. In doing that my other debitorders can't take off their CORRECT amounts. I WILL NOT be held accountable for the extra charges because it's in the first place NOT MY FAULT!! They keep on telling me they didn't get my pmnts (Previously) and I must send proof, and when I do, no-one gets back to me. This company is USELESS!! I will never take out a contract with telkom again, NEVER!! I will advise everyone to please stop making a company rich that doesn't have a care in the world for the people making them rich. I'm fed up and tired of this nonsense. If no-one comes back to me, I will keep on reversing pmnts. I need someone to sort this out for me URGENTLY without me being penalised!!
