Telkom - I hope I never have to deal with them again.

I have really tried my best with Telkom - but finally gave up. 1st I had ADSL and a Landline. Had problems with both. took upto 3 weeks to resolve most times. Sometimes had to repeadly re-open closed issues that were not solved. Finally moved awy from DSL to Fibre. More reliable and WebAfrica has excelent service.

Was installed and up and running in 1 week. Got the install free and 1st 2 month free.

Anyway - still kept the landline - but 5 faults later and it broke my patience. My line has been down for two weeks. So im canceling and going to VOIP.

Telkom will never see me as a customer again.
