Telkom, I asked 10mb and got 4mb Line...

I ordered a 10mb line from Telkom, Yesterday the technician installed the line but says the order says 4mb line and that I have to phone Telkom. Phoned Telkom and the lady said she will send out a request I just have to stay on the line, after 35 min my airtime was done and got disconnected. So I phoned today again. The lady said the order needs to be closed first and then they can upgrade the line so I have to phone again monday, BUT I DID ORDER A 10MB LINE! Now I have to phone everyone because they messed up my order!
