Telkom I am DISGUSTED by your service and I want to CANCEL !!!

Appauled customer !

Telkom is really the worst Internet Service provider, I really DONT recomened it for ANYONE!! I am always debited UNKNOWN amounts and when I call to ask how they come about THE AMOUNTS, my calls and chats are always disconnected never a resolution EVER !! To make things worse I AM without my INTERNET connection even after being debited its now the 3rd day and my serviCes are still NOT re-connected I have had it and want to CANCEL my contract, i am seriously FED UP, I also want to know where the R1890 amount came from that was debited from my FNB account! I have had to come here to get your attention, I am so disgusted I am crossing OVER to another Service PROVIDER, i am done with TELKOM!!!
