Telkom - I am disgusted

<p>I made an EFT payment to Telkom early in the month. They took another debit order on the 14th of May even though the payment that I made showed on their side. Telkom provided me with the amount that I should pay. And now they are telling me that I shotpaid them and then the took the whole outstanding balance. I am VERY disgusted!!!</p>
