Telkom: I am a totally invisible Telkom Integrated Data Service client!

<p>Telkom Integrated Data Service not working:</p> <p> </p> <p>Below is a summary of my communication and experience with Telkom over the past 11 weeks, which led to my perception of being invisible to the service provider.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have to date sadly received NO assistance whatsoever to get this service actually functioning. Thanks.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom Integrated Data Service not working:</p> <p> </p> <p>1. I have been a Telkom customer for over 40 years now, and have over all these years mostly received exceptional service.</p> <p>2. I was also very impressed with the launch of the new Telkom Integrated Data Service and looked forward to utilise the system.</p> <p>3. However, since 8 May 2016 when I received the Telkom Integrated Data Service sim and set up my smart phone, I have:</p> <p>3.1 phoned 10210 over 5 times for assistance</p> <p>3.2 I have asked for help on Telkom’s website</p> <p>3.3 I have phoned 10213 over 3 times</p> <p>3.4 have been transferred backwards and forwards to other departments</p> <p>3.5 I have sent numerous e-mails</p> <p> But till today nobody has assisted me to actually get this service working.</p> <p>4. Please, is there someone in Telkom who can kindly assist me to get this connection working?</p> <p> </p> <p>Your assistance will be appreciated</p> <p> </p>
