Telkom Huawei Modems

I have had modems from Telkom which have been fantastic and am now on my second Huawei HG532f and the WiFi signal is terrible. When I phone 10210 I get referred to a Telkom shop and when I go to a Telkom shop am referred right back to 10210.<br> <br> Ho do I get a Billion or other modems I have had in the past which has better WiFi signal? 10210 advised that there are Netgear units in the Telkom stores and when I approach a Telkom store am advised that these are for sale and not contractual clients.<br> <br> Where to from here?
