Telkom--Huawei Mobile Wifi

Re: Telkom Mobile wifi Router. I just recently bought a Huawei mobile wifi router from Pep. It came with a Telkom Lte Sim. Data disappeared overnight. I have spent more on data in 3 weeks that I spent in the past 3 months. ANOTHER HUGE PROBLEM. - - - The router battery only lasts about 3.5hours then it is flat! Dead! That is no good. I have also noticed it is also always OFFLINE! Swiths it on and wait again for it to connect. This is so frustrating. Went back to Pep. They said I need to contact Telkom. Message them. No response. Nothing unusual from Telkom. Tried calling🙈 Gave up. Now I sit with a unit that quickly gobbles up your data and then dies! Not worth the R700!
