Telkom, Huawei and Ram..... 3 blind mice

August 2024 I bought a new Huawei Pura which was on promotion and I was told that I would get a free gift, a tablet.... Fast forward to today September 17th I still have no tablet. When I call the store I'm told that the tablet was delivered and signed for by Neo.. By the way I don't know who Neo is. When I tell the dispatch team that I don't know who Neo is they tell me to call Ram and follow up with Ram.... So Ram and Huawei and telkom lost my parcel and now I need to see how I get it. This is incompetencey and very rude from the Huawei dispatch team...
