Telkom HR unresponsive to query

I am a former Telkom Employee and it was brought to my attention by Momentum that I was not paid all my money on my resignation in 2022. I provided Momentum with the bank confirmation letter as they had requested on the 7th March do they could process the outstanding amount that I did not receive. The person assisting me, Amanda Schwartz, said that she would try to expedite the payment within a few days working together with Telkom HR. Since then payment has not been received and communication to both Momentum and Telkom HR gas been futile with no response received.
