Telkom How Upsetting!!!

In my opinion at this moment they don't even deserve a star!! Can we take them to court for services not rendered???? I wonder.

Not at all impressed with the service we have been receiving. We stay in Kwambonambi, Richards Bay. And our Telkom has had no Internet connection for almost 2 weeks now. Everyone in Kwambonambi has been complaining about it and has logged numerous of calls with the call centre with regards to this, but no help has been received as of yet we are still sitting with the same problem. Paying for a service and not getting the service.

This is totally unacceptable!!!

No one in Telkom customer care can give us a straight answer, everytime you phone it is a different story. And if asked if they will refund you for the days you have lost they put the phone down in your ear.

This can not go on like this. We are not very happy customers at this moment.
