Telkom : how can we rob you today?!

When you take a contract with Telkom you get promised the world , time comes to cancel and the service you receive is pathetic. My contract ended in December 2021 . Feb 15 2022 my account is debited by R 500 for a contract that expired months ago. According to the call centre you start paying one late so your contract goes on for a month extra . I had requested my call to be listened to by higher management and proof shown to me where I verbally agreed to this part of their terms and conditions as the paperwork had no evidence of this.the cal center person specifically told me I get the first month free. It’s a shame how companies like this lie to consumers and rob us on a daily basis
