Telkom Hostmaster - No Response

I am currently a business customer and have an issue with my domain being cancelled. I pay my monthly subs for internet hosting as part of my account payment. Since Monday, 29/02/2016 my email stopped working for the domain [URL Removed] because the domain has been cancelled for no reason given. I have emailed hostmaster from two different email addresses on 3 occasions and since have had no response from them. This is affecting my business drastically and I am frustrated that the call centres are also confused regarding hosting services. I have called 10217 and no help to resolve my issue either. There is no contact number for hostmaster as well. This is pathetic service especially for a business. Hopefully I can get some resolution from this complaint from this platform.
