Telkom Hosting not releasing domain

<p>I am have been requesting a domain transfer from telkom on behalf of my client, but they are not releasing the domain. It is a .com domain and Telkom's admin email is wrong on the domain. That is a serious offence according to ICANN if domain information is not kept up to date.</p> <p>No-one in Telkom can help me or my client to update the details.</p> <p>The domain in question is vantage-control.com.</p>
