TELKOM HOSTING FAIL
So I received the following for a domain to be released and provide the relevant information, 1) Letter of intent under the business letterhead
2) Copy of ID document of the owner of the domain name
3) Request the alternative ISP to send a domain name transfer ticket to **********
[telkomsa.net # ********** ] Domain Transfer consortconstruction.co.za telkomsa.net # **********
You can reply to this mail at any time, but in any communication regarding this issue, please be sure to retain the subject as:
[telkomsa.net # ********** ]
I have not yet received a reply nor has the domain been released, can this be auctioned ASAP. This is just pathetic service once again from Telkom , you provide a hosting service but there is not contact number just an email with a generic response.
I know the domain transfer does not take long, so please action the the transfer request away. You are delaying the procees
