Telkom Host Master is unreachable

Have been trying since 4/7/2018 to transfer my domain away from Telkom to Afrihost. Sabelo Michael Peters keeps rejecting the transfer ticket from Afrihost. No reason why as the account is not in arrears, hasn't expired, etc. You cannot get hold of a human being via telephone at all the query why. Can only be done electronically and no-one answers the e-mail requests!!!!!!
