Telkom HORROR mobile, impossible to cancel the contract at the end of the term.

Telkom is *****ing me big time. My contract with Telkom ended in April last year and I told the lady that contacted me that I won't upgrade my contract. The following month they debited my account, ever since then I have been playing the debit reverse with them. Late last year I decided to go to Telkom store and to try and get it cancelled, mind you that my account was clear as they debited me for all previous months and I let it go. Since then Telkom is still debiting me till today, I wonder what was I doing with Telkom at the very first place. +***0 is my contract I is not in use for a long time.
