Telkom horror

I'm utterly disgusted by the way Telkom treats their customers who were victims of *****. The investigator within Telkom found that I was not the one who took the contract and recommended that Telkom must cancel the ********** number and the charges that were incurred by the number. But Telkom has been playing dumb. They only cancel the number but they haven't reversed the charges. To make the matter worse, their collection department sent 20 debit orders amounting to R23000.00 into my account earlier this month. Telkom needs to solve their billing issues. They enable ***** by letting their systems malfunctions.
