Telkom HORROR!!!!

I am a small business owner, my business previously used a Telkom LTE wireless network. We made use of a month to month contract due to the fact that the fibre cables were being installed in the area and we would join the fibre network soon, which incidentally was also going to be with Telkom. Once we connected to the fibre network I cancelled the month to month LTE wireless network with Telkom and made use of a Telkom fibre network option on offer.

It has been 3 months now and Telkom is STILL debiting my business account for BOTH the LTE account(which was cancelled) as well as the fibre account we currently use. I have reversed the debit each time but I cannot do this every month and its a terrible reflection on the business.

I have called Telkom on numerous occasions and they promised to assist. My Telkom reference number is ***4
