Telkom horror

My telkom line was cancelled in 2019 when we moved house. Since then to dare I have been receiving invoices from telkom. I have made endless of calls to them advising them of this have been in to the store to report it have various reference numbers as well. Yesterday I get an sms advising me of summons being issued for the same bill. I get told to send an email with my payment plan nobody at rpplaw bothers to listen nobody at telkom can assist and this is absolutley shocking.
