Telkom horror

I have a wifi contract with Telkom an I want to change my debit order details, I have been trying to get hold of a consultant to do this and it is such a nightmare to get hold of any customer service reps at Telkom,when I call I get redirected to self service and when I go there I get no joy, I am very disappointed in their service, a large company such as Telkom should know better than to give such a horrible service, or should I say no service at all, all numbers listed on line for Telkom customer service are disconnected(shocked)
