telkom horror

hi after several attemps to phone telkom to cancel my lte i got told to cancel online... after many attemps the telkom site do not login it takes forever ... the site dont respond..... how is it possible to cancel something if the internet i use is telkom that cant even open their own website... this says alot about a service provider that cant handle daily requests from customers.... this is by far the worst i have seen... reason for my cancellation is due to telkom infrastructure that is not allowing the amount of users to their towers ... during the day my internet is fine after 17:00 i cant use it ..... may faults was logged and always the same story .... hope telkom will take this review and try to help me cancell something that is not working .... hope to be telkom free soon
