Telkom horror

Phones ****** last week Went to Telkom to blacklist phone Sunday morning, was told 5hrs time should get ITC sms'd. Nothing received Called again, same process different consultant, same results, no sms even now 22H00! Can't get case number/report from saps to log insurance claim as need ITC!! PATHETIC
