Telkom horror

Telkom is **** it's ****ed up I mean I finished paying my Telkom contract account in 2015 and they told me that I've finished paying but they didn't give me settlement letter and today I find out they say I'm still owing R2000 Telkom is bad news I was thinking to take a contract with them ....but I don't want my life to be the horror
