TELKOM HORRIFIC

Telkom does not even deserve the one star. On the 26th February I received a package from Telkom. Who decided on their own to migrate me to wireless. The router was delivered without a sim card and I was told to purchase my own, which I did. I had to call back in order to do a sim swop and was told it would be active within 48 hours. I have been calling in everyday since the 02nd March and everyday I get the same story that it is stuck at IT as the order has not been closed. Today is the 06th March, 7 days later and I still do not have internet or wifi.
