TELKOM - Horribly poor customer service and experience

On the 3rd of August at 14:04. I visited Telkom store at Birch Arcres mall Tembisa

I was given a very terrible customer service.Total bad customer experience. I would not recommend anyone to visit the store or use telkom services.

The sales consultants could not help me with the problem I had, and so I requested to see the store manager. The consultant went to call him and he told the consultant to tell me that his too busy I should wait. I waited for several minutes (roughly 30min). After waiting I then asked the consultant to ask him how long I should wait before he can help me with the problem I had. The consultant came back and told me that the manager says his busy. I then asked the consultant to tell the manager to give me the Tembisa Telkom Area leader's email address. The consultant went and told him and he Immediately got off this off chair to come attend me.

He didn't greet me .The moment he saw me he said " I am busy. You are not the only client. What do you want?" My response to him was :- may I please have the area leader's email address. He refused and told me go where ever I want to go.

I felt completely disrespected.

Due to such bad customer experience, my family will be canceling all contracts with telkom and will never recommend anyone to use any telkom services. The problem I had is not yet resolved so I Will post a video shortly to let my social media followers know how unreliable Telkom is.
