Telkom horrible service, my line has been down for half of the month and they don't care to fix it.

I'm having a phone line service with Telkom and it has been down sinceyhe end of last month. The fault was reported with Telkom on 01 December 2017. I've calling them every day ever since and the best answer I get from them is that the technician has been assigned. From the 1st to this date I have no internet access. Poor service by Telkom, I'm so disappointed and heartbroken.
